Every project, start to keys.

Drawn, built and finished by one team. What you see in each photograph is work we were accountable for from the empty plot onward, which is a claim most builders cannot make about their own gallery.

Behind the photographs

Detail is decided early, not added late.

01

Exteriors

Kerala weather writes the first draft of every elevation. The pitched tile and deep overhangs here carry monsoon water clear of the walls. On flat-roof homes that same job falls to the waterproofing, so the detail changes but the intent does not.

02

Modular kitchens

Our largest body of work, because it is the room owners ask about first. Compact galleys through to island plans wide enough to walk all four sides. Cabinet material and counter stone are settled at drawing stage, which is why the plumbing and sockets land exactly where the design wants them.

03

Bedrooms and wardrobes

Storage built into the architecture rather than bought to stand against it. The joinery follows the wall line, the doors sit flush, and nothing collects dust in the gap behind a freestanding almirah.

04

Living and dining

These rooms set the register for the rest of the house, so we draw them first. Ceilings, cove lighting and media walls are resolved alongside the electrical layout while it is still a line on paper.

Twenty-six projects here, drawn from 132 completed homes across eleven years in Kollam and the districts around it. A photograph only carries so much. If you would rather stand inside one, we will arrange the visit.
